Hanging out
Nothing to do yeah
This place is breaking me piece by piece every other day
Down the street
The buildings are coming down
Cancerous mixed-use gray cubes growing over everything
It's by design
It ain't my desire
We're outta time now
I had this dream
That I went downtown
Started a bonfire with blueprints of every new development
As the ashes spread
Over vacant spaces
We danced on the graves of every high rent high-rise monstrosity
That's my desire
It ain't their design
We're outta time now
A great album all round this one , good hooks & riffs , good drums , & those gravel tinged vocals ,,,,, put 'em all together & you've got an album worth spending money on in anybodys "punk" genre . "Talk To The Therapist"... that's the one that hooked me when I 1st listened to the ablum , with it's ironic lyrics & the stabbing guitar breaks ,,,,,, put my hand straight into my pocket to see how much I had to spend ~ & as you've probably already guessed by this here paragraph of words ..... diddley_whack
A bite-size serving of power pop from a rising Virginia band equipped with three different guitarists; riff snobs won't be disappointed. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 18, 2024
